25ml Fresh lime juice

25ml Simple sugar syrup

Soda Water

3 slices of cucumber

Combine all the ingredients in a highball glass, filled with cubed ice. Stir gently, top up with a splash of soda water and garnish with three sliced rounds of cucumber (you don’t have to use three slices, go wild and have four if you want… But three looks good, if you want our opinion).
