3. Pricing & Quotations

Our pricing reflects real-time market conditions and logistical costs. Quotes remain valid for 72 hours unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

To maintain security and compliance, Naya Drinks BV accepts:

• Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) – Bank Transfer Only

Why we use T/T exclusively:

• Protects both parties from credit card chargebacks and fraud.
• Ensures funds are verified before goods leave the EU warehouse.
• Allows us to issue accurate customs documents tied to verified payments.

Bank details are issued only on official invoices sent from [email protected].

5. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed when:

• Full payment or agreed deposit is received.
• All shipping and delivery information is provided by the customer.
• Stock availability is reconfirmed by our logistics team.

Why this protects you: It guarantees that stock is physically allocated to your order and not sold to another buyer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL Freight and certified logistics partners. Delivery times vary by region.

• Tracking numbers issued after dispatch.

7. Product Quality & Storage

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returned food or beverage items after dispatch. Refunds apply only in specific situations:

• Wrong product shipped due to verified internal error.

9. Liability
